These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cycly app ("the app"). By downloading or using Cycly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Cycly on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
Cycly is free to use, with an optional one-time purchase ("Cycly Premium") that unlocks additional features. Cycly Premium is a non-consumable in-app purchase:
You agree to use Cycly only for lawful, personal purposes. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app except as permitted by law.
Cycly stores your data locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and for backing up or exporting your data (Cycly offers CSV export). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Cycly is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is a tracking and educational tool. Cycle and fertility predictions are estimates and should not be relied upon for contraception, conception, or any medical decision. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Cycly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that predictions will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Cycly, including any decisions made based on its estimates.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise.
